What we Do

I work as a freelance performance consultant and use coaching and mentoring as delivery mediums that focus on developing innovative ideas and approaches to move individuals and groups forward and beyond sticking points or barriers to improved performance.

I adopt an 'eclectic approach' to coaching by drawing upon a range of theories, genres, contexts, techniques and tools I create innovative approaches adopted from leading performers in response to the needs of clients. I deploy my experience, knowledge and skills from high performance to add value in supporting, challenging and developing individuals, teams and organisations through executive  performance coaching and mentoring.

The process:

  • I listen to client challenges with a focus on understanding the context they operate in.  
  • We work in collaborative partnership to develop solution options that we could not create alone.                   
  • Through a challenge and support process we identify the solution that will provide the greatest impact in achieving high performance. 
  • This process facilitates change, creates momentum and supports clients to achieve sustainable high performance.
